Inserts / Sockets

Our machine park includes more than 50 multi-spindle machines that are suitable for the production of inserts / sockets. We can reliably implement various requirements such as anti-twist devices (knurls), threads or millings.

We manufacture complex, high-quality inserts / sockets in the diameter range of 3-25 mm. The orientation of our production is suitable for the production of medium to large series.

We process all machinable materials such as brass, bronze, German silver, copper-beryllium, aluminium, free-cutting steel and stainless steel (1.4104 / 1.4105 / 1.4305).
